Shipping Policy

The customer is able to select the shipping option that best suits their needs and preferences based on the weight of their product selection. While we are stocking up our supply, orders will ship as they become available. Usually within 48-72 hours. We appreciate your patience

Bulk jerky is made fresh to order and will be processed as quickly as the production schedule allows. In addition to working the order into the production schedule, the USDA requires that we hold product for 24 hours after it has been sealed before it can be shipped.

Wrong addresses provided by the customer or lost packages are not the responsibility of WC Jerky. We will do all that we can to facilitate finding packages, but ultimately the customer will need to work with their chosen shipping company to resolve these types of issues.
