Before the beef reaches the plant, the process begins. The finest ingredients are chosen. Each piece of beef is inspected for the right Williams and Conner jerky qualities. Then, the beef is vacuumed marinated with our special blend of ingredients. These moist pieces of meat are then laid out by hand before the dehydration process. Several hours later, WC jerky is removed by hand from the drying trays. These tender strips will then be individually placed in the coveted black and gold WC bags. You are the next step in this jerky changing process. Soon you will open your vacuum sealed/resealabe bag of WC jerky and see, smell, and taste the WC difference. You will be hooked.
